This year, Programa expanded its global impact, supporting thousands of studios across 80+ countries. Our focus was clear: integration, flexibility, and control.

From launching Project Management and QuickBooks Integration to improving international functionality with Custom Currencies and Advanced Tax Management, every update was designed to streamline workflows and simplify studio operations. Key innovations like Hidden Schedule Status and the Product Details Panel gave designers greater precision and control over their projects.

I love the Project Management tool. Every Monday, I can review what was done on the project, and throughout the week, I have a live format where I can easily add tasks.

Canva Sharing

Understanding the importance of Canva in studio workflows, this integration allows you to embed Canva files directly into Client Dashboards. It centralizes proposals and assets, ensuring everything stays organized and accessible.

QuickBooks Integration

QuickBooks integration simplifies invoicing and payment tracking. With tax rates, contact syncing, and automated invoice creation, it reduces admin workload and lets you focus on your designs.

Side Nav Redesign

A refreshed navigation experience tailored to designers. Switching between specs, mood boards, and schedules is smoother, making every step of your workflow more efficient.

Product Details Panel

Everything you need, in one view. From financial breakdowns to client approvals and attachments, the Product Panel keeps your specs detailed, organized, and export-ready for collaboration.

Clients have provided nothing but positive feedback on Programa. They love the ease of use, being able to see options, larger images, and direct links to product sites. Contractors particularly appreciate the on-site QR codes that keep them updated on changes and current selections.
